Elevator is the most widely used kind of vertical lifting equipment, which is used to lift all kinds of materials, such as: ore, coal, cement clinker and so on.
NE series plate chain elevator is a product developed by our company by introducing advanced technology of similar products from abroad. This kind of hoist is widely used in various industrial countries.
There are 11 types of NE series plate chain elevator: NE15, NE30, NE50, NE100, NE150, NE200, NE300, NE400, NE500, NE600, NE800.
Features of the hoist
1. Wide lifting range. This type of hoist on the type of material, characteristics and block size of the requirements of less. It can not only lift powdery, granular and lumpy materials, but also lift abrasive materials. Material and temperature ≤ 250 ℃.
2、Large conveying capacity. This series of elevator has various specifications from NE15 to NE800. The range of lifting capacity is 10-800m³/h.
3, small driving power. This kind of elevator adopts inflow feeding, gravity induced discharging, and adopts dense arrangement of large-capacity hopper conveying, chain speed medium lifting capacity. Material lifting, almost no back material phenomenon, so the drive power is small, the theoretical calculation of the shaft power is 25% -35% of the chain hoist.
4、Long service life. The feeding of the elevator takes the inflow type, and there is little extrusion and collision between the materials, the design of the machine ensures that the materials will not be withdrawn in feeding, lifting and unloading, which prevents abrasive wear, the conveyor chain adopts the plate chain type of high-strength wear-resistant chain, which prolongs the service life of the chain and the chain hopper. According to the long-term practice of foreign similar products in production, the service life of conveyor chain is more than 5 years.
5、High lifting height. The chain speed of this series of elevator is medium, running smoothly, and it adopts plate chain type high strength wear-resistant chain, so it can reach a high lifting height (up to 50m).
6, good sealing, less environmental pollution.
7、Good operation reliability. The advanced design principle ensures the reliability of the whole machine, and the trouble-free time is more than 30,000 hours.
8、Operation, easy maintenance, less wearing parts.
9, high structural precision. The casing is folded and welded, with good rigidity and beautiful appearance.
